University College Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent, Belgium, is the latest HE College to move to Syllabus Plus Enterprise. It is one of Flanders’ largest universities of professional education with almost 9000 students. In 2009, several departments will move to a new campus and this is one of the reasons to start the implementation of Syllabus Plus Enterprise. As a result of the move, the departments will work much more closely together and they’ll share their teaching space. The implementation will focus on re-defining processes, departments actively working together, running several what-if scenarios and the integration with the university college’s student record system BaMaFlex! Scientia is the only provider of scheduling solutions in Belgium that offers an interface with BaMaFlex! and the interface is offered free of charge. As part of the implementation the members of staff will be able to see their timetables in their Outlook Calendar.
